General terms and conditions (AGB) The Brow Doctor BV

- Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, treatments, purchases and services offered through www.thebrowdoctor.be and www.theskindoctor.be both in the salon and online.
3. Appointments & Cancellations.
- You can “reschedule” or “cancel” an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation e-mail (spam)
- Cancellations, changes or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged the advance of the treatment fee.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, The Brow Doctor reserves the right to refuse a subsequent booking.
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled without refund.
4. Payment & Advance
- Payments can be made at the salon via Bancontact, Credit Card, Apple Pay or cash.
- Advance payment cannot be refunded but used for another appointment or product within the 30 days.
5. Gift Certificates, Cures & Discounts.
- Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from issue date.
- A cure is valid for 1 year from creation date.
- Discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.
6. Aftercare & Touch Up’s.
Aftercare is important for the outcome and therefore important to follow as discussed and noted on the aftercare card. Treatments must be repeated within the specified frist.
A Touch Up 6 – 8 weeks after your first layer of PMU is necessary for optimal results.
If this appointment is missed, cancelled later than 48 hours in advance the amount will be charged.
If more than 8 weeks are waited for the Touch Up, the price changes.
Prices indicated as within 12 months or within 24 months are always based on the date of the first paid treatment.
Eg: First Powderbrows treatment was July 21, 2024. The Touch Up Price within 1 year is valid until June 21, 2025. Every day later, you pay 1 – 2 years or the new price after 2 years.
7. Liability
- The Brow Doctor is not liable for allergic reactions if you have not reported any medical or skin problems beforehand.
- Results may vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee permanent makeup or other treatments.
8. Complaint Procedure
- Complaints should be reported in writing within 7 days of treatment at info@thebrowdoctor.be.
- We strive for a customer-oriented solution within a reasonable period of time.
9. Intellectual Property
- All photos, text and content on this website are the property of The Brow Doctor and may not be used without permission.
10. Privacy Policy
- We respect the GDPR legislation. Your data will be used only for customer management and communication. You can find out more in our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
- All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the court of the district of our registered office has jurisdiction.
