What is important to know before my appointment?
With each appointment, you will find the course of treatment and an accompanying checklist. Please review these for optimal results. You’ll find all this information on the treatment detail page, in the navigation under treatments.
Can I make an appointment at an institute near me?
The Brow Doctor collaborates with other institutes where you can schedule a Permanent Make-Up appointment. It is only possible to have permanent treatments at the partner institutes, such as “Powderbrows”, “Permanent Eyeliner” or “Full Lips”.
Why am I unable to schedule an appointment?
If you are unable to schedule an appointment it may be that someone else is already using that time slot. Or it is not possible to make an appointment at your chosen time.
Can’t make it? Then, of course, you may always call or send an e-mail.
How can I reschedule my appointment or change treatments?
You already have an appointment and wish to reschedule or change to another treatment? If you wish to cancel your appointment you can do so via the link you received in your confirmation email. Then you can schedule a new appointment or another treatment.
We ask for a cancellation to be made at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail or by phone. Otherwise we are obliged to charge 50% of the treatment price.
