General terms and conditions (AGB) The Brow Doctor BV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. Company details<\/strong> The Brow Doctor BV, Verlatstraat 1A, 2000 Antwerp <\/li>\n\n\n\n

  3. Applicability<\/strong> These terms and conditions apply to all offers, treatments, purchases and services offered through www.thebrowdoctor.be and www.theskindoctor.be both in the salon and online.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    3. Appointments & Cancellations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • You can “reschedule” or “cancel” an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation e-mail (spam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations, changes or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged the advance of the treatment fee. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In case of late cancellation or no-show, The Brow Doctor reserves the right to refuse a subsequent booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or cancelled without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      4. Payment & Advance <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • Payments can be made at the salon via Bancontact, Credit Card, Apple Pay or cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Advance payment cannot be refunded but used for another appointment or product within the 30 days. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        5. Gift Certificates, Cures & Discounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from issue date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A cure is valid for 1 year from creation date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          6.<\/strong> Aftercare & Touch Up’s.<\/p>\n\n

          Aftercare is important for the outcome and therefore important to follow as discussed and noted on the aftercare card. Treatments must be repeated within the specified frist. <\/p>\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n

          A Touch Up 6 – 8 weeks after your first layer of PMU is necessary for optimal results.<\/p>\n\n

          If this appointment is missed, cancelled later than 48 hours in advance the<\/strong> amount will be charged. <\/p>\n\n

          If more than 8 weeks are waited<\/strong> for the Touch Up, the price changes.<\/p>\n\n

          Prices indicated as within 12 months<\/strong> or within 24 months<\/strong> are always based on the date of the first paid treatment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

          Eg: First Powderbrows treatment was July 21, 2024. The Touch Up Price within 1 year is valid until June 21, 2025. Every day later, you pay 1 – 2 years or the new price after 2 years. <\/p>\n\n

          7. Liability <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          • The Brow Doctor is not liable for allergic reactions if you have not reported any medical or skin problems beforehand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Results may vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee permanent makeup or other treatments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            8. Complaint Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

            • Complaints should be reported in writing within 7 days of treatment at info@thebrowdoctor.be.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • We strive for a customer-oriented solution within a reasonable period of time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

              • All photos, text and content on this website are the property of The Brow Doctor and may not be used without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                10. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                • We respect the GDPR legislation. Your data will be used only for customer management and communication. You can find out more in our privacy policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                  11. Applicable law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
